Every day I mark how many calls to leads I made, how many people I contacted (and was it email, call, text) from my database/past clients....how many social media posts I answered or made, etc.I don't know if that's automating, but every week I can quickly see how much of each money generating thing I did.Do you use Google Calendar? 

I took a break because of my trucking career with being over the road for three weeks at a time.

Weeks before closing Blue Metrix Group reached out and said they were struggling with the financing for the second park and they asked would we owner finance. 

I am still really “green” at trying to fix things up, but am becoming more handy by the week.
