I have been lurking on the site and attended webinars for a while but I am just here to learn and I am soaking it all up!

That style of learning and introduction to true industry catches my attention as having someone in the space that understands the space to bounce things off of and learn from seems to be the ideal way.I have through a handful of the webinars and follow up calls with different companies and they all basically pitch similar ideas and strategies.

In the original webinars for this fund, they told them they would return all capital in three years. 

I was told that the deal was full within minutes after the webinar ended.  

Really, coming on here, reading books on real estate, and joining some of the free webinars is what we have done so far.
