I'm currently reading David Greene's book on BRRRR and was curious about how you all go about planning or visualizing added rooms to potential purchases. 

But when I share that the low point on that visual is 1.700% of mortgages, and the high point is 1.730%, maybe the context makes a difference.

The best way to develop a solid SOW is this - you start off with what you are visualizing in your head, send drawings, pictures and products that you like.
