@Jonathan Abradothe course content is pretty thorough and there are lots of side videos that have started up to support info in the main videos.

Basically I had chatted with Morris himself and got on the "list" for when a property was available.

Have the tenants take and send pictures of any maintenance items and video chat with the repair person as needed.If you ever get in a situation where you just feel like you can't do it or don't want to do it, you can always put a PM in place at any time.

You can also look into the builder to make sure that they are reputable.Also, look up some videos on selling a house for sale by owner in your state.
