You can alternate upper case vs lower case if you choose, or just upper case first or last letter.

ALL CAPS is not necessarily shouting, it can just be emphasis.To me, it is not whether it is all CAPS or all lower case, it is what is actually said.Now, do you know where the term "Upper Case" and "Lower Case" came from?

Here is a snippet from that book chapter (sorry, I'm not shouting, the book uses bold uppercase for this statement): "...

Just changing your search algorithm to require two upper-case letter abbreviations will help eliminate (or reduce) some of the problems.

I love these discussions where the title has nothing to do with the content...and using all upper case doesn't make it any better.
