I've had a few applicants with "service" dogs show up with untrained pitbulls.

Never assume anything with a newbie. haha I have reviewed the bylaws and through my untrained eye I did not see a clear statement about the windows, just general statement about adjusting the exterior of the building, so I have requested additional information. 

With fire damage, it can be difficult for an untrained eye (and I'm in that category!)

We are encouraging weakness and, like an untrained emotional support animal, it will come back to bite us as a society.
