Unique pieces are great for "Flair" and individuating your property but if it fits in a suitcase and isn't fixed to the wall or floor then it will not be long for your STR.

One problem may not be feasible to fix, and the other is easy to fix.Does the apartment complex have a unique feature that makes it more desirable?

It does have that unique look, but I would probably get rid of it because it is right in the middle of that space preventing you from using that space better.

Hey @Josh Ball, so unique for unique's sake could be hit or miss.

But after working with the family, we purchased it for $42,000 and got to work.We had some unique challenges, like dealing with one of the heirs who wasn’t very cooperative and required a payoff to sign the paperwork we needed for clear title.

I'm in a unique situation in that my uncle has "given" me his old house after he relocated to be closer to his siblings.
