"End game" seems a bit terminal...but I will infer this to mean what my "ultimate objective" is.My goal has never been about retirement but rather a new career. 

Websites like Zillow and Redfin have their own estimates of price which is similar to comps given the fact that the ultimate objective of pulling comps is to know the price of a given house.

(There are quite a few of these in Georgia.)However...If your ultimate objective is to become a real estate investor, then I suggest you only consider brokerages that have a significant number of active and successful investor clients.
