Having said that, the best course of action is to tell the tenant what day and time the appointment is and explain if she wants to be there for it that's fine, if she can't be there, that is fine too, the workers will be entering her property without her being there.

It was a big alternative church property you know mind benders. one parcel in the middle of their campus 20 acres. they acquired from an owner sub too the back taxs and they never paid 1/2 of one years tax's prior to coming into title..

with that said, should you increase your down payment to mask flaws in an otherwise terrible deal - an alligator that will eat you alive with deferred maintenance that is in a worse neighborhood than you think, but an agent sold you on it because it has new countertops?
