I guess I learned about Key Check, I was not super impressed, but it worked for the basics - it did not deliver income info, which I usually want to see. 

I guess they have more land to build there so it might reduce the appreciation there?

I’d love to hear about the crime rates or any other issues (which we cannot guess from the online stats), and how easy or hard it is to find reliable tenants and property management companies.

Detroit's got the advantage with the Red Wings since the Barons left in 1978, so I guess there's that.

I am guessing the 1007 would be around $2k/month for the specific property.

I guess the whole point of this is, how should I feel?

You could get lucky at $6k but I'm guessing the quotes will come in at $8k or higher.
