Frankly I think too many people try and "automate" everything with technology that they complicate things so much that it is hard to manage.Remember you will get older folks staying and they might not want to try and use a tablet.

It's not 100% accurate because one person might have a smartphone and one or two tablets, but it's one more data point that helps me keep tabs on my owners' properties.Hope that helps!

If you just want to calculate a mortgage payment that’s a free function of 10’s of not 100’s of free apps for your phone/tablet.

However, only a computer or laptop is able to open zip files, not tablets or smartphones.
