@Jen Anderson how about get google voice number for your rentals and screen that line.

Is it an automated voice attendant, is it a call center where you are routed to someone else eventually to get an answer, or is it a live, well trained staff member?

A service similar to Google Voice? 

If you cannot make the trip every week, then hire a Project Manager (like a retired GC) to be your voice in this process.

A neat feature with xfinity (no I don’t work there 😀) is the voice remote and once you have one box you can stream the service to the rest of your TVs cutting down the cost of extra cable drops. 

We can all do the digging game and question who should have a bigger voice.

My main goal was just getting their verbal support so I was confident they wouldn't show up to the hearing and voice dissent.

I have voiced several concerns with no responses.

It included my real name, our real home address, and what was probably a Google voice number.
