@Jeremiah Lee ya that makes sense, a few trees, shrubs or succulent and draught tolerant plants, maybe some stones or rock and bark for low maintenance and make sure you put down a liner so you don’t have a bunch of weeds overgrowinf your property.

It makes me cringe when I hear it, just like the words "Moist" and "Succulent", but it's true.

Issue #2 caused by the storm is the property has a beautiful large succulent plant in the front yard landscaping that died from freezing and I stated to the tenant that they are responsible for yard maintenance which includes all flowers, bushery, rocks, etc.

Place new white towels in bath, add small succulent vase on the bathroom vanity and next to kitchen sink. 

Cactus, Yucca's, Aloe's, and some succulents such as firesticks add a ton of color and will fill up a good amount of space over time.
