Charlotte and Phoenix used to copy each other in trends but the last few years Phoenix pulls ahead so, depending on your strategy, follow the money and invest in Phoenix. 

Another lever you can pull is marketing the units in a different way if you havent explore getting professional photos done or styling the unit further with a professional decorator.

I’m considering investing in the rental market in Reading, PA, and I’ve noticed some positive trends that make the area appealing.

Since then I have dedicated most of my free time to study Wrights work, developing myself as 1st an Architectural Drafter, and now as a conduit of beautiful Architecture and interior/exterior design in the spirit and style of Frank Lloyd Wright.
