🔥DEVELOPMENT UPDATE- GASTONIA 🔥📍 FUSE District (Franklin Urban Sports and Entertainment District) is transforming Gastonia with new residential, commercial, and entertainment spaces!

It doesn't help that interest rates are relatively high compared to the last few years and seem to be going up with the new inflation news and such. 

It’s more conservative, the city itself is established, older neighborhoods, better city amenities (museums, arts/music etc), more pro sports, more hills, bigger river, has a streetcar, arguably better nightlife overall.

Washington D.C. is fully embracing this trend, partnering with Monumental Sports to conduct a $800 million renovation of the Capital One area, which is home to the Washington Capitals, Washington Wizards, and other large entertainment events (Source).

I would have internet and a streaming service -I like FUBO because they have everything else but a focus on sports, which can be hard to find on some of the other streming services...They should have their own accounts if they want to watch their favorite series or whatever...

It seems to be the same news every year.

Stop hanging out with your deadbeat buddies who spend all day drinking, talking sports, and otherwise wasting away.

Now, I see real estate as a team sport, and the right partnerships make all the difference.And delegation?

Join the chamber, maybe find a couple of boards to sit on, attend local sporting events and talk with people while you’re there.
