Even when I was younger, I understood that it could be a great way to achieve financial freedom, retire early, and live without the stress of money constantly hanging over my head.

We haven't concluded on that yet but he does handle the day to day to keep the stress off of me.

Yea I have been talking to some mentors and they have stressed the importance of having instant equity and multiple exit strategies in a market like this.

P.S. sometimes it's more stressful than fun, but the rewards can be enormous and are worth it.

The biggest lesson learned was managing stress.

My partner works full-time but has a less stressful and more flexible schedule.

They've neglected their recordkeeping all year long and now find tax time to be very stressful.
