Have you reached out to any social service organizations that might be able to provide tenants to your property?

I like that it’s an all-in-one platform for tenant applications, rent collection, and maintenance requests, which helps keep everything organized.

They were very organized and good communicators.

So you netted 30k and I netted 50k.  20k is a sizeable  difference - so I think we can agree that similar percentages don't necessarily mean similar absolute dollar appreciation between the areas.  

That was my whole reason for the post, trying to figure out how to use my sizeable retirement account to my benefit to grow my business of owning/managing rentals.

AAPL is another one  that is just a private organization that teach's folks how to lend their own money or others in states its legal and they have courses and info and a big convention etc and you get to say your certified AAPL lender ..
