When the tenant moves out and the funds are distributed either to the tenant or the landlord for damages, then the subaccount for that specific tenant has a zero balance and that subaccount is closed. 

Hey Nithin, one of my client's closes today on a next gen home that they plan on renting out the separate unit.

I currently live in Tennessee and I have a possible opportunity to in move to the state of New York for a two-year work-related contract come the summertime.

Best option would be to separately meter the property 2.

I am moving out to the Destin/Fort Walton Beach area at the beginning of next year in January for work.

The break-ins happened on 2 separate SFH that are not located near each other.

You will receive the security deposit in Checking but then transfer it to Savings.Savings: Hold the deposit here so it's separate from operating funds.

Also, for the new move, if you don't know the city very well, I generally bias towards renting, at least for a few months.

As I approach my move out strategy where I will be converting my upper unit into a STR, I often think of guest interaction amongst the two units.
