Should be obvious to everyone by now, it's only regurgitated constantly on every major media medium of the "us vs them" messaging, poor vs rich, that if your not rich your poor and it's NEVER your fault it's "there" fault.     

But no, that's not the programing you received so your going with regurgitation vs thinking things through here. 

I will regurgitate for you what I have heard: there is a major player in that market offloading their inventory so deals right now may be especially easy to find.

Maybe your just regurgitating what programing CNN or what-not platform is pumping, in which case you should take note and concern it is COMMUNIST ideology your exposing, and maybe reconsider who your lending fealty too. 

Either that, or “Chris” in Pakistan is simply regurgitating his “unfortunately” word salad script.  

I didn't see you bring up this point - just the same regurgitated - cash flow (much harder and lower today than previous years), appreciation (going to keep you up with inflation unless you're "lucky" and bought in a great area), loan paydown (takes 20 years for significant paydown) and tax benefits (if you make 150k plus there's a good chance you're going to be passing these on) Why wouldn't you use your taxable brokerage instead and just pay the capital gains and reset the cost basis?

It's a political speaking point directed to be regurgitated so politicians don't have to speak of actual true "why" to rents. 

If more people used their heads, and less people kept on regurgitating absolute nonsense, this ENTIRE space of REI would be far more successful.
