We want a slightly less discovered region. 

PM fees do vary by state/region.

I am not in your area, but I invest in your area and around the region of central California.

English is widely spoken in the Guanacaste region.  

Regions like Washington, D.C., Richmond, and Detroit led rent increases, while Austin and Raleigh saw year-over-year declines due to high supply.
