They do seem to need rentals around that area for hospital visitors, maybe traveling nurses, etc. 

But traveler demographics will overlap most of the time, especially in larger homes.

But if it's an RV park near a lake or tourist destination, then an RV or 2: yes.There is no draw to travel somewhere just to stay in an RV....I whole heartily agree there is no draw to travel somewhere just to stay in an RV.The RV parks I've seen that have fixed RVs for rent look like low end MH parks. 

Anyways, I'm seeing a lot of general speculation on here but people don't invest in these markets because they believe they're the greatest places to live in the world, they're interested in the cash flow and possible appreciation.None of my clients were talking about appreciation in the Cleveland market in 2019 and now their properties are worth 30-40% more, and that's on top of record high rent prices in this market. 

For instance, there is currently a nursing shortage across the US, and traveling nurses help to alleviate it.

We now live in Arizona and I frequently fly back to the southeast to repair or inspect the properties and already deduct the travel, lodging, and half of the meal expenses from my taxes. 

Lastly, check any shared doors or gaps and add door sweeps or weatherstripping to block sound from traveling between the units.
