I feel like shorter readable items like blog posts and forum threads are best to start.

These would have to look good and easily readable on things as small as business cards, and things as large as real estate signs/billboards.

My broker also creates a letter to the borrower that summarizes the terms and conditions into more readable English.

Though I am inclined to believe the premise of the book is accurate, but certainly all the details (coversations, chidhood activities, etc.) have been embellished to create a readable story.
