City Counsel refuses to make being caught w an illegal gun a felony, you cant even pay bills because of the ransomware attack, and the city refuses to shut off water, and you cant kick a tenant out in rent court for refusal to pay water even if its in your lease.

There are a couple of reasons for this... that "free" cloud storage you get today will eventually turn into ransomware (pay so much a month or you can't get at your files anymore) or just disappear, and cloud is susceptible to bogus takedown requests.Also, with e-books, make sure the file is in a format you will be able to read 20 years from now.

And just to make sure you're aware, a ton of Baltimore City online services are at a standstill due to a ransomware attack, so pretty much any and all real estate transactions are at a standstill until it's dealt with.I'm also curious: if you're from Virginia, why are you farming in Baltimore?

I've come to realize that to get what you want in life and especially in the real estate business you oftentimes have to be the aggressor in terms of your negotiations, making sure your contractors are working and in getting the best deals for yourself.This is the first flat out disagreement I've encountered in my short real estate investing career and it's given me the confidence in the future to better control my contractors in order to make sure I get what I need done.
