All storage tanks were full, pipelines were full, railcars were full. 

Our first rehab uncovered plank walls (no studs) built from wood planks taken off rail cars or concrete forms from large buildings.

I remember when the Target and Walmart plazas at 434 and 436 were an Orange Juice and boat factory with rail cars in and out all day.

Just to chime in, I've seen railcars maked "nonodorized propane" but at least in my area  (Ohio) it definitely has the mercaptan added before it goes to the consumer.

Other things come into play like plans for public transport like rail cars or the like, things that would create a need for parking lots or garages. 

Public transportation is now free and the rail car system was expanded, the city has also secured several grants to create a solution for transportation to and from the airport ahead of us hosting the World Cup.

We ended up having to completely rebuild the roof and joists and rebuild 3 of the 4 outer walls… among many other things including about 1/3 of the house being an old railcar.

All the storage tanks are filled with fuel, and so are a bunch of rail cars. 

The property also appears to be 1000ft west of a big rail car depot.
