I ended up changing my RA, and so now they're handling mail.

Its either ra ra ra  or dose of reality so someone understands what the challenges are. the fellow who runs the call center gave the best advice for someone with a few hours.. just hit the phones and try to create leads for others.

As I'm sure you understand already, the ra-ra gurus of real estate try to say as little about eviction as possible.

I obviously he r a long way to go, just making a 10 year plan..
