When you have employees promoting the platform like it is the best platform ever and free accounting services, it was going to go down sooner or later.Pretty sure their other services are going to go down shortly.Baselane is offering assistance I believe, but they are just like Azibo.

Many education programs that could be scams promote junk services and the quality of all they sell or promote is definitely junk. 

The developers/promoters are touting it as a highly automated deal finding solution that's good for those who have a full-time W-2...

My belief is you are off by at least 5x. 

I got an extra $30K in value out of it.Appraisers don't use the PPSF because it is grossly inaccurate, despite common belief.

Why not just advertise it as a 4 bed/4 bath and promote the apartment as its own private suite? 

While this is a great and highly motivating goal, most people are either clueless or incorrect in their belief as to what is required to obtain this “lifestyle”.Understanding of the “how to” get there is further obscured by the misleading, and often patently false “pathways” sold by real estate educational MARKETING companies as workshops, upsold to association memberships, upsold to mentorships.

It may be hard to find unbiased advice on account of that.To me, it seems that his/their core competency is promotion and fund raising.
