There are plenty of HMLs that would look at your 8 'exits' (whether you kept or sold) and put you on some kind of "Pro" category and help you leverage as much as possible to grow as quickly as possible. 

This requires some effort and not just relying on a reference from someone or a quick glance at their fees.

This transaction highlights our ability to identify and execute quick, profitable deals with minimal holding time.

I am most weary of passive investments that are not underlying real estate performance based and/or are promising fixed returns unless there is a significant track record of raising funds.
