Do you think risk & reward always needs to be symmetrical? 

Meanwhile, the more partnership-heavy investors often experience setbacks but use the leverage of partnerships to rebound.To me, partnerships increase both risk and reward.

If you can make me believe your vision makes $, and that your the guy to pull it off, I'm handing you $ in proportion to what my reward can be for it, and how certain I believe you can deliver on it.  

Airbnb operates as an interest-based algorithm, rewarding listings that grab attention and keep potential guests clicking.

It is very rewarding and fun, but it is running your own business in most scenarios.

Currently, agents aren’t significantly rewarded for showing rental properties to potential tenants.

The risk/reward here sounds pretty far skewed.

Eventually it might not exist if we don't reinvest in our local future.It just seems to me that it’s more rewarding to build a business as a local in a town, where the locals all know each other, and together we can revitalize the physical spaces but also build deeper bonds between neighbors and be proud of the community we live in and participate in making it thrive.

It’s great to see a fellow professional diving into the investment side of real estate—it’s such a rewarding journey.

I find that less than 1 in 10 really do much about it, but it's very rewarding when one hits that million dollar mark.
