This is an appraisal supplemental form that would need to be supplied with the appraisal in the transaction. 

It should buy time, and avoid legal fees being added to the balance as the foreclosure attorneys wont be involved for a while as they process you for different workouts.

It’s 40k in the arrears (Pre-foreclosure)with an approximate 111k remaining.
