All self praise shared by Neal Bawa before was just that advertisement.

That is interesting that people praise Rich Dad Poor Dad for its genuine message: to first acquire financial aptitude; however, on the flip side of the coin, my observation leads me to believe that the BP community views Kiyosaki's teachings as sale-like by pushing his products/classes.Nonetheless, does anyone have advice for a newbie who wants to acquire more knowledge about the industry?

'so compare that to Texas  Governor would have brought in 10k acres and it would been praised up and down the isle.. the state of Oregon had a chance to secure their tech future for the next 30 to 50 years and just blew it..

I see a lot of people singing the praises of the Midwest markets for good returns but just tonight there was a post about one investor who was three years in and waiting to break even.
