I am saddened by what I have seen happen to this country but I know there will be an emerging country not far away inhabited by an inspired populace that wants desperately to be what the U.S. once was. 

A city that doesn't know how to contain spending, and ONLY knows how to tax the populace, are always aiming to to hit property owners with fees to be paid to code enforcement, environment registration, lead registrations, and property taxes. 3) Thirdly, the US has so many different city states and different microcosms, that its easy to use the internet to flesh out a great list of potential, affordable real estate investments that give high rents.

That's an attempt tp keep food inside Argentina for the local populace.

Unfortunately separation of church and state has become a convergence of church and state, and as a result we have people who believe in Santa Clause, based on books that were not even written by Santa Clause, but by men, as a means to control the populace, starting wars and controlling rights that are independent of religion.

So you have the local populace all moving to nicer areas in the county because they can afford it.

Kenya has a diversity of culture and friendly populace and it's known for its hospitality.

Sold a beachfront home in Panama City Beach last year, Beautiful beach, wonderful tourists and terrible infrastructure and local populace.

We'll see, this will be interesting....the left's zeal to control the populace is out of control.... 

Local populace: the locals are some of the kindest, warmest people you’ll ever meet....once you get to know some personally.

So many others in our populace due as well.I hope this event teaches some people about personal responsibility and a rainy day fund.BTW we are in Ohio and have been closed down 4 whole days.
