The economy is thriving in several areas -- pharmaceutical, medical, IT, Distribution centers, manufacturing, government defense, sports, convention center -- a wide variety, so we aren't depending on only one type of industry. 

I have been working in the science field, specifically pharmaceutical, since I graduated in 2013.

Now I'm a business operations engineer for a local pharmaceutical and chemicals company. 

By day I am co-founder and CEO of a Biotechnology/Pharmaceutical consulting company which has offices in San Francisco, Los Angeles, and Cambridge, MA. 

If I wanted to start a pharmaceutical sales company I wouldn't just go out and buy a bunch of drugs.
