I’ll accept two payments.

I have Dst's from Capital Square, Inland Private Capital and BK Trust and these are all good companies in my opinion, I located DSTs direct through them before using Joe but Joe does a flat fee deal and rebates you back some of the commission (they have to stay in the deal, but at least you keeping more of your equity in the deal). 

I recommend an electronic payment method.

As you may know, effective January 1, 2025, the Section 8 voucher payment standards (VPS) in many zip codes in the City (and County) of Los Angeles were reduced.

I still am running the company and have since onboarded 4 clients.

Title companies are everywhere in Houston.

I'm wondering if it's different by company. 

Vacasa is more of a marketing company, not so much actual property management.
