Real Estate has only seen one real crash in the recorded history and that was inflicted by Wall Street's subprime loan stimulated overproduction. 

Panels and inverters aren't cheap, and I don't gain anything by over-production unless I want to go really crazy with a battery wall setup.

The good thing is that overproduction of oil, gas, and coal is great for the national economy. 

They ignored sub-prime lending and over production of houses.

Almost every home has a large chunk of equity, we don't have sub-prime loanss that come due and there is not a year long over- production of new homes- just the opposite.I think buyers will actually respond faster to rate drops than sellers.

To me, I have more control over production, time, efficiency, liability, and most of all, profits.
