Seems like there might be some overlap between the two, does anyone with experience with both think that problems would arise from that?

I was actually curious about the same thing.Browsing Rod Khleif's website and looking at the prices @Charles Heyligen posted it seems there is a lot of overlap between Brad and Rod's programs.  

Mid-term clients (think traveling nurses, corporate relocations) often overlap with ALE's clientele.

@Richard Anderson its more expansive than banking KYC but tons of overlap for sure!

People really like being near Costcos lol There is overlap with those categories and if you look at the comments closer at the top, you  can see price ranges and there can be Class A home in Class B area.

So probably no acquisitions yet.There's typically a 12 to 18 month overlap between continued fundraising and investing funds so fund 3 very well may have some active investments.

They are different things but with seemingly lots of overlap. 

I sent you a colleague request since my son is in chicago and I invest in Davenport, you never know, there might be some overlap there.

Make a list of every place you have ever lived and where all of your best friends and family live and see if any of those markets overlap with "good" markets that you see on lists.
