Stay on top of things, stay organized, and track every important date, from due diligence to contract extensions.Early on, I got myself into some pretty stressful situations.

I'm using the heck out of virtual accounts and virtual cards, which is helping keep my finances much more organized for each individual property.

We would love to work together with a organization that sells the property and has services like rehab network, financing, property management.
