My CPA isn't well versed in 1031 exchanges and I want to know the effect of transferring title back to our names from a tax perspective.

However, it is a lot more complicated to get a loan in my personal name vs my LLC. 

The easiest way to find and connect with wholesalers is either bigger pockets or by googling "sell my house fast in (town name)" although that may cost them a click for google ads.
