It has ways to setup autopay via ACH as well, though I haven't had any tenants use it yet.Besides that, my best info has always come from other landlords.

Their practices are neither transparent nor honest, and I would not recommend their services to anyone.I have money owed to me and they have not sent an ACH even though they have my routing information.

Major drawback was the starter plan did not allow you to customize a lease.Avail had very basic functionality and was missing features such as income verification.They all require a fee for ACH and Credit/Debit, but Inaggo and TurboTenant allow for offline payments such as Venmo, PayPal, and Zelle.

To me it seems the properties will be in rough areas which has higher turnover costs, barely any appreciation and a head ache.

Yes, having tenants pay ACH via a Tenant Portal software is best, but not all will cooperate and some will play games that result in NSF charges.We allow tenants to deposit cash/check/money order directly at our bank into our account.Many Class C & D tenants have challenges adapting to unfamiliar ways to pay and is often not worth the hassle (and possible evictions) to get them to change:(

Their new online system is really confusing, and I have had to call customer support for help each time I needed to wire/ACH funds because I could never figure it out on my own (and their customer service chat box isn't set up yet).

I can have them just setup an ACH for the monthly payments, etc...but I feel like this would be easier with some automation, and there just must be something that's already setup for this.
