I'm use to a move-in inspection documenting the condition of everything at time of move-in. 

The more they move in the longer they stay--- you never know what their needs are going to be.

What is the Corporate Transparency Act?

Did they say why they want to move in ASAP?

So when you build your pocket neighborhood, which is an interesting concept, what's to stop an undesirable person from moving in.

Specifically I'm wondering if anyone here local has moved into corporate housing and partnered with some of the different major industries here in town instead of just focusing on medical staff via Air Bnb/Furnished Finder.Let me know!

I'm in Phoenix and obviously you can see that there are so many people moving from the west coast states out here to a cheaper and better weather market.

I can't find any law about tenant-responsible repair costs during occupancy, only situations on withholding from the security deposit after move-out.
