Service dogs can't do everything.

I'm looking to categorize my buyers and blast out a text message to specific groups whenever I get a property that fits their criteria.I'm sure services like this exist out there but I'm looking for the most cost effective one and I'd rather hear the best from you guys rather than from the salesman pitching their product.Does anyone use a platform like this and how does it perform for you?

Now she claims it’s a service dog because his husband is vet and she should be legally allowed to keep the dog and does not need pet fee or pet deposit or monthly pet rent. 

@Deirdre Lizio see a lot of competiting PMCs start with a pledge of doing it better than "what's out there".Always interesting to revisit them 3-5 years later - after they've experienced the reality of challenging tenants AND owners.Look no further than Evernest: they started out with flat fee management at $99/month and promises of better & fairer service & pricing.Now they're at 10%, capped at $199/month - wonder what changed?

Could be the tenant is not using the service, doing something to attract roaches or the exterminator isn't doing their job.

If they say Service Link, find another house.

Fix it before the next month.

Service seems useful.
