Good morning BP community,I'm a returning REI in East Tennessee who is now investing and buidling a family business full time after a career in the military.

It is located in an area that attracts college students/employees, working class families, and military families.

I love San Antonio, I am lucky enough to visit there when I was in the military service. 

I'm curious how you would handle managing when working a full-time job in the military.

I am active duty military and plan to use the property for deployments/holidays for my family to stay near relatives until I separate in 4 years, then to use that property as one of several future investment properties.

@Daniel Vo, sent you a message but I am proof that you can start in your late 30's and figure this all out while still serving and setting yourself up to grow even more when you retire from the military.
