Hello everyone,I'm reaching out to gather some insights and advice regarding a housing initiative my aunt and I are considering for migrants from third-world countries who are being relocated to the western part of our state.

The crime, homelessness, and migrant crises are going to take years before they get any better.

Notably, Fayetteville's growth surpasses that of major metropolitan areas like Philadelphia, New York, and Boston.The city attracts a stream of migrants, particularly from larger urban centers, underscoring its allure.

We also have a large population of migrant workers in the area and the consideration was that this might be a way around a standard lease with background and credit checks. 

City inspections of complaints to avoid fires, vermin, lead poisoning of a building perhaps overcrowded by migrants to save money.

But population trend shows it has declined from 75000 to 70000.But for the last two years they maxed out migrants through RNIP program. any tips guys?

Denver PD has responded to over 4,000 calls in the last 100 days to the 4 hotels bought by the city to house migrants etc.

We were reached out to by a migrant housing group member asking if we would house a immigrant member/family/etc. where the nonprofit would provide a 12 month stipend to cover for the "whole" lease.

I suspect these are legitimate calls trying to find housing for the influx if migrants in the area.
