Hey everyone, I have been wholesaling around the Warren area and neighboring cities for a couple of months now.I am looking to ramp up my arsenal of agents willing to work with wholesalers who are all for dual agency.

What I did get, was on a marketing email list that sells their other virtual products.

Hi Pamela,The kind of guide you're trying to create can already found all over the internet and are very easy to find and some of them, written by other real estate agencies, are pretty good.

I pull pretty solid lists, I find a lot of my deals off market, just thought I could reach more if I have a few full time callers on the phones.While i'm at it, how are you guys finding good deals in today's world?
