There are also a lot of people out there that will hate on getting coaching, some due to the bad actors I mentioned, but some due to a commitment to do everything themselves.

I think the removal of toilet seat and items bolted to the walls show malicious intent as well.

I can't help but think there is something more malicious here than just a bad investment by looking at the facts. 

I've had a couple of bad actors, but all in all I've had good experiences and continue to provide this type of housing.   

There is a ton of risk for the seller as we know in these deals and there are bad actors in these deals as well.. ran into many of them buy sub to never pay of the mortgage rip the rents and down the road..some off those folks got criminally charged and got prison time..

Along with bad actors using this method to get into props with very little down and then ripping rents and never paying on the mortgage because its not in their name..

@Constance Kang  the first set up team are usually paid Hollywood actors. 

You could probably do a postcard campaign and draw up some interest, as there are some really bad actors out there in the property management space.

If someone wants to steal your property info and be a bad actor, they will do so with photos.
