A 5000+ sqf Triplex located in the Tremont Area of Cleveland.

I'd really like to get a great team in place for long term relations and reliability prior to.

If there isn’t significant equity capture at this purchase price, and it’s not in a great location, this would be a pass for me.

There are things you need to be aware of prior to going down that path, though

I have pulled a permit for removing a fireplace, but probably would not have but I had a significant remodel going with permits and did not want hassle of him making an issue of removing the fireplace (the inspection for fireplace removal consisted of only verifying gas cap was in visible location, he did not even spray it).
