Working on an owner finance deal and I'm curious what technology you use to keep track of payments and amortization schedules.  

. - Mobile homes are permitted I've verified with the recorded restrictions and by calling the Property Owners Association. - Current owners have surveys, this is a new subdivision.- Public sewer available.- Current owners purchased many lots and they haven't developed them.

We will be moving but I like to owner finance what is left on the mortgage at a higher interest rate because I do not need to pay it off to qualify for our next home. 

I was approached by Avantstay and wondered if anyone in this forum has had experience with them from owner point of view. 

If it's an owner occupied loan, the underwriter will need to verify this is your primary residence.

Owners were charged an assessment (several thousand dollars) in 2023 to put into reserves, as per the new rules after the Surfside collapse.
