I was one of the fortunate ones that was able to get out of the contract and after all expenses (forfeited deposit, legal fees, holding costs, etc) lost less than $20k.  

In many cases, the services are overly complexed and do nothing but add additional recurring costs to the client (which these service providers often benefit from).

This week, the City of Jacksonville Municipal Court ruled in favor of PadSplit, voiding citations for "illegal boarding houses" on constitutional and fair housing grounds.This marks a huge victory in expanding affordable housing solutions while navigating legal challenges.

If you had also spend money on renovations and improvements while occupying those should have gone into service then as well. 

I imagine there is a good level of demand for your services in a city like Nashville!

Would it be legal to wholesale a family members home (est. 1M), and receive a fee for the wholesale services? 

For this service, we start a lead-paint inspection via XRF Gun for the price (average) $450.
