More than four months rent were lost between missed rent payments and legal fees to evict the tenant. The next tenant was much better, but had frequent complaints regarding legitimate problems: -bathroom sink hot water knob that didn't work -rat urine smell coming from the vents -water leakage from the toilet(I understand that problems occur, particularly with properties of this age, but it was surprising/disappointing considering I paid Ohio Cashflow $64.9k for a property they bought for almost half the price, then, even after having done improvements, still required frequent repairs.)3) Property appreciation I bought the property for $64,900 and sold it for $48,5000.

CIPP Pipe Relining - what are you paying?

We expected that at some point, cast iron pipes of this age would simply need to be replaced or relined - but since there is also confirmed leakage, we would like to do this sooner rather than later. We would like to opt for the less-invasive CIPP re-lining.We have received quotes from 3 different plumbers, all for upwards of $35-45k to reline 70 feet with 16 reinstatements.

I feel that i am doing all i can short of replacing the furnace, this is less than 5 years old and was installed a few years before i purchased the building, i am concerned becuase i dont kow who installed the furnace and how good of a job they did while doing so, also they used all of the old vents which compared to todays standards are not located in the best locations.I have gone in to the basement and taped every crease or possible air leakage with foil tape, i am doing the best i can.
