I just bought the Kindle version of a book entitled "Investing in Real Estate with Lease Options and 'Subject-To' deals by Wendy Patton.

I have read a few free books on kindle about the IRA, most are sales pitches for the IRA company.

I found biggerpocket on a free ebook on amazon kindle and love everything about it, been listening to 1-2 podcast a day and just doing massive research on everything there is about real estate investment.

I couldn't find it on my amazon list and I'll have to charge my Kindle as it's on there.
