Curious if either of you ended up pursuing student rentals in Windsor? 

They have people invested in individual properties, especially students. 

The mentoring is great and the students in the group are very helpful. 

If property is done right even in todays market you can hit 1% rule and attract very desirable college students.

Dont mean to change topics, but I have been considering investing in east stroudsburg in student housing.

However, my debt to income ratio with that home loan, and student loan doesn't look that great currently and I don’t have much for a down payment.
